Whatever business you have started, therapy, coaching or something else, you need customers. Without customers your business is dead in the water.

 

An all too familiar story... I have met dozens of lovely people on numerous training courses and workshops. All of these great people have something to offer to the world... a service, a therapy, a product. They all have enthusiasm, energy and knowledge of their subject in abundance. It wasn’t that long ago that
I struggled to get customers too.

I can almost remember the desperation I felt when the telephone rang. I really had a desperation for that enquiry to become a customer. I am sure that those enquirers could also sense my desperation… and because of that they did not become customers.
